You’ll find that most Manchester Hotels have their own spa, though some don’t, in which case you’ll find plenty in the city. You can enjoy the beautiful sights with floor to ceiling windows on all sides, not just the city at night but the North East too. Head there around dusk in all your finery, as the city is just starting to come alive with twinkling lights. Its well worth stopping for a drink or two to soak up the landscape, though it is pricey. Other fabulous bar include Apotheca, a vintage magpie’s dream and The Modern, sultry, sexy and has a certain New York vibe about it.
