Best Beach in Costa Rica
Most people go travelling or on holiday to do something completely different to what they normally do. Most people dont have the most amazing beaches where they live and thats why they go somewhere like Latin America to get the experience. Latin America is defined as the Spanish speaking countries of the Americas including Brazil.
When people think of a beach holiday their first thoughts are about relaxing in the sun but there are also many other things you can do while on holiday in these leisure locations. Some such activities include surfing, scuba diving snorkelling, kayaking and many more water sports.
So the beach can be a lot of fun and below I have outlined some of the beach and most pristine beaches in Latin America.
If you want to go to Central America Costa Rica holidays have become very popular and Costa Rica is now the premier destination in Central America. Costa Rica has an absolutely amazing long beach called Playa Tamarindo which is a great place to go if you like surfing. The waves can reach 12 feet tall as you get closer to the winter months and there are also many tours to keep you occupied.
If animals are your thing then a Galapagos holiday is the place for you. You will find animals on the Galapagos Islands that can be found nowhere else on earth.
If beaches are your focus though then you cant go wrong with the Placencia in Belize which is an amazing 15 miles long. The region has many bird species and lots of plant life as well.
Whilst most of Latin America is safe to travel in you should be slightly more cautious than you would be in your home country. Many people consider overseas home insurance although it is not necessary and is entirely up to you.
